Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Stuvo, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. These Terms form a binding agreement between you ("User") and Stuvo under the Indian Contract Act 1872. If you do not agree, do not use Stuvo.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old. By using Stuvo you confirm: you are at least 18, you have full legal capacity to enter a binding contract under Indian law, you are using Stuvo for lawful business purposes only, and all information you provide is accurate and complete.

What Stuvo Is — and Is Not

Stuvo is a studio management productivity app. It helps small business owners organise clients, bookings, payments, attendance, and schedules. Stuvo is expressly NOT:

Any figures or reports generated by Stuvo are for organisational reference only. You are solely responsible for verifying accuracy and for all business decisions made using Stuvo.

Your Account

Provide accurate information and keep it updated. You are responsible for your device and Google account security. One account per person — sharing not permitted. You must not create accounts for others without explicit written consent. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify stuvosupport@gmail.com immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

Your Data — Your Responsibility

• You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of all data you enter.
• You are responsible for maintaining your own backups — free plan data is local only and we cannot recover it.
• Signing out permanently clears all local data — we are not responsible for data loss from signing out, uninstalling, or device failure.
• You must ensure storing your clients' personal data complies with the DPDP Act 2023 and all applicable Indian privacy laws.
• You are responsible for obtaining any necessary consent from your clients before storing their personal information in Stuvo.

AI Assistant

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use Stuvo for:

• ✗any unlawful purpose
• ✗storing illegal or harmful content
• ✗reverse engineering or extracting source code
• ✗gaining unauthorised access to Stuvo's servers
• ✗transmitting malware or viruses
• ✗impersonating any person or entity
• ✗reselling, sublicensing, or commercially exploiting Stuvo

Advanced Studio Tools

The Advanced Studio Tools subscription is not yet available. When it becomes available: pricing and features will be clearly communicated before activation, activation will be manual via Telegram, refund terms will be published in full before launch, and we reserve the right to modify pricing and features with reasonable advance notice.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, branding, features, and materials within Stuvo are the exclusive intellectual property of Stuvo, protected under Indian intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of Stuvo, create derivative works, use the Stuvo name or logo without written permission, or sub-license, sell, or transfer your licence.

App Provided "As Is"

Stuvo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty, including warranties of merchantability, uninterrupted or error-free operation, accuracy of data or reports, or availability of cloud services or AI features at any time.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Stuvo shall not be liable for:

• ⚠️loss of data, revenue, profit, goodwill, or business opportunity
• ⚠️indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• ⚠️claims from reliance on AI responses
• ⚠️data loss from downtime, bugs, crashes, signing out, or device failure
• ⚠️financial discrepancies in your business records
• ⚠️any breach of law by you in your use of Stuvo

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stuvo from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of Stuvo in violation of these Terms, your violation of any applicable law, or any dispute between you and your clients arising from data stored in Stuvo.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms, use the app unlawfully, or attempt to harm Stuvo's systems. Upon termination your right to use Stuvo ceases immediately.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified in-app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Indian Contract Act 1872 and IT Act 2000. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts of competent jurisdiction in India. We encourage you to contact stuvosupport@gmail.com to resolve disputes informally. All grievances will be acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within 7 calendar days.

Severability

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, remaining provisions continue in full force. The invalid provision shall be replaced with one that most closely achieves the original intent.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Stuvo and supersede all prior agreements.
